POLICE and Ordinance had to be called. NOT SAFE to hire them. POOR quality: Seams not taped. Cuts in the liner. Grading NOT completed, leaving the entire project needing to be redone (not resolved); You end up doing the work: I had to dig my own crawl with their staff for 4 hours! REPEATED SAFETY RISK: FSM staff became aggressive on site and demanded more money from me. Spray foam, dirt, tools, and trash left behind on the liner. DUMP PILE left on the property. POOR COMMUNICATION: FSM either does not respond, or it takes weeks of nagging them. Even in severe instances of personal harm, they will leave you hanging. There is no difference in email, salesman, supervisor, foreman, text, calls, office- they are all the same and do NOT communicate with you or one another. BUYER BEWARE! DON'T do it! The crew was fantastic--professional, friendly, and respectful of my property. They communicated with me every step of the way, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly, sending me photos of the work to assuage any concerns. It was clear that they take great pride in their work, and they left my yard in perfect condition, cleaning up meticulously after the job was done. One wrench in the project was that I had an invisible fence line that ran through multiple areas of excavation, and I knew there was no chance that line wasn't going to be cut.
