From your toes to your knees, fingers to elbows, and top of your head to your shoulders. The ambience is that of a nice spa, the only difference is instead of private rooms, you're separated by curtains, but it's quiet and relaxing, soothing music and low lighting, you aren't distracted or even notice others are getting services too. The chair reclines all the way back, I thought I was upside down for a minute. I was this close to falling asleep from how relaxed I was. Bella worked magic on every part she worked. The main guy was very nice, gave us water, got us seated in comfortable spots, although... we couldn't all sit together and chat, even though there are 4 chairs in the back room, he said it was crowded to work in. But then he was the only one working back there anyway. So I understand, but I don't understand. Once the woman finished up she did not help out with the remaining people. I don't know why. There were NO OTHER clients the whole time. Then when we were paying (cash, extra fee for credit card), they had the audacity to remind us to leave a tip also. I'm afraid we left much too generous a tip as we tried to finish up quickly to get to our next event. The massage itself was pleasant, although actually short. I would say maybe 30 minutes of actual foot massage. It was nice to have a little bit of time on shoulders but I was sad not to have longer on my feet. Also at the very end they have you move to sit facedown on a massage table for a kind of all-body massage, very short, kind of a nice idea... but the table did not have a real head thing, so you stick your face in a towel+pillow combo. That experience is the main reason we continued coming back, hoping to be matched with that therapist again. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was completely different. The therapist I received did not seem to be performing an actual massage so much as repeatedly rubbing up and down my body. At one point, she made one long stroke from my hip to my neck on the right side of my back, and I immediately felt a burning pain on the left side. I don't know exactly what happened, but it was painful and concerning, and it significantly impacted my experience. What concerns me even more are things I have learned about how this business is operated. I became aware of an employee who reportedly had documented medical conditions requiring frequent breaks. Even after providing a doctor's note, management was allegedly reluctant to accommodate those needs because breaks were said to "not fit the business model". As a business consultant, workplace culture and leadership matter to me. Based on feedback I have heard from customers and employees, I have concerns about management practices. I have heard reports of refund requests being denied even in situations involving the death of an immediate family member on the day of an appointment. I have also been told of employees being criticized by name in group chats that included additional participants. Based on my own experience and the concerns I have become aware of, I do not believe management prioritizes either customer satisfaction or employee well-being. The owner, Greg Lovato, left me with a very negative impression from the several negative reviews I have heard of this business. Greg, your sucky "management" style appears to undermine both customer loyalty and employee morale, two things that are essential for a successful business. No wonder your employees quit with no notice. Get some professional help. Hope you go kick rocks in bare feet.
