Steve was very easy to communicate with, I ended up leaving him a voice mail about what I was interested and he called me back in less than a day, super professional and friendly. They also were able to get me in really quick, within a few days of contacting them. I told Steve I had dogs and so my main concern was dog hair. They went above and beyond my expectations for removing all the dog hair!! And he told me all their products are safe for use around pets which was great. Car wash quality was to be expected of a machine wash. Definitely bring towels to dry your car. Vacuums looked like they went through a war. They are definitely in need of replacement. My Vacuum was partially clogged so had to work to remove the clog. I may check out some of the other locations to see if they are any nicer then this location. Overall for the price I got the wash for im not disappointed. Check it out.
