I had my car (Volkswagon Jetta) detailed this week by Roberto. I chose the lesser of the two packages offered (it did not include seat deep cleaning), but am happy with the results. The focus on the cheaper package was clearly the flooring as my carpet looked brand new and my floor mats were sparkly waxy clean. I did have to request the dashboard and middle console/screen be cleaned as it wasn't even touched (was clearly still dusty). Afterwards I also noticed there was still grime build up on my wiper and signal levers as well, so I don't believe those were cleaned either. All in all, I am happy with the result. I got great bang for my buck with a well cleaned interior and exterior and Roberto was very nice and helpful, would definitely recommend to a friend! read more

We had called to see about having our 2019 Nissan versa detailed on the inside. When we first called the gentleman that answered the phone wasn't courteous whatsoever and treated us more like it was an interrogation at a police station then it was anything. We were willing to pay out the price that was asked for the detail, but felt due to the accusations that were being made towards us. We would be better off to go somewhere else. I don't know how a place like this runs a business or how they stay afloat, butbeware if you do call this place they will interrogate you. I would not recommend this to anyone. read more

Rob did an amazing job not just with my car and my husbands truck, but also his customer service and professionalism. We just moved from living in the country, off of a dirt road, with no coverage for our vehicles so they were both pretty dirty outside and inside. My husband's truck looked like it was in bad shape, and once Rob was finished with it, it legitimately looked like a new truck. We weren't expecting it to clean up that nicely, I wish we had gotten before and after pictures to show the difference. He was super sweet and kind, also helpful. My grandparents came over to drop off some heavy items and Rob took it upon himself to help my grandpa lift and carry them, which shows he goes the extra mile. The two young men were a little late but did me the service of texting in advance - this always works and is highly appreciated. They worked for an extended period of time on my Jaguar iPace and when they were finished it looked as good as when it left the showroom.
