Javier said they could not send anyone out until 2:30 pm., not having another option, I decided to spend my vacation day waiting for them to arrive. At 3pm, I received a call from Javier saying they had an"emergency" and would not be able to come until later. I asked "how much later" he said he didn't know but would call me back.
