Their recent bad review below (Xpress Road Rescue) is a scam operation that ripped us off, claiming to act as a middle man - dispatching local tow services. In reality, when Kimble Tire Repair was dispatched and arrived to help us and completed the work, Xpress Road Rescue then REFUSED to pay them and tried to trick us to leave without anyone paying them. Xpress Road Rescue intended to pocket 2500 while paying Kimble Tire Repair NOTHING. That company is a scam operation run by someone in Kenya. Google "XPRESS ROAD RESCUE LLC" in quotes to see what I mean. Thankfully, we caught on to the scam and got Kimble Tire Repair paid. Kimble Tire Repair is a legitimate business, unlike Xpress Road Rescue. Kimble Tire Repair only charged us 1000 for the work that Xpress Road Rescue claimed would cost 2500. THAT is honest business. AAA gave me the number of a local tow service but that's not what I needed. The gentleman on the phone at the tow service actually recommended Tillman Tire. I called Tillman Tire and the guy on call (this was a holiday weekend on a Saturday) was very nice and ready to help. I wish I remembered his name, but he was there fast and had me back in the road with a brand new trailer tire in no more than an hours time. I highly recommend these guys for road side service if you break down anywhere in this area. Great service, honest and affordable!

As I rolled through Menard, I had the thought to google to see if there was a substantial tire shop there. Wagner's came up first and were less than 2 minutes away. What a great decision! When I asked if they could squeeze me in, they said they hoped they could get to me in 30-45 minutes. I recently purchased a used "Gold certified Toyota." Our local Toyota dealer did a poor job on the inspection. After speaking with customer service they refused to rotate my tires and said I'd have to pay the dealership to do so. My daughter contacted Discount Tire and confirmed that they offer complimentary rotation! Even if you did not purchase the tires from them. I drive with peace of mind knowing that there's a discount tire near by. Any tire issues I just drive up or make an appointment online. My vehicle was ready within 45min as they estimated.
