Instead of this Mike hit me with an invoice saying I owed him money instead. Victor stepped in and helped take over the process, and I know it probably wasn't the easiest situation to sort through. He was patient, professional, and worked with me to get everything handled the best way possible. One thing I really appreciated was how transparent they were. They actually showed me the damage on the vehicle and walked me through exactly what needed to be repaired. That level of detail and willingness to explain things made a big difference. The repair work itself turned out great, and they even dropped the car off to me when it was finished, which I really appreciated since I live in town. I'm not sure if that's a standard service, but it definitely showed their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers.
