The facility is very nice and feels more like a hotel than an ER. The doctors we saw the four days my wife was admitted were exceptional. They are very courteous and professional. They will both do what it takes to solve your issue rather than rush you through the system. The woman who claimed to be in charge was rude and not nice. Without getting into my personal situation, I just want to warn people who need to go here, be careful of upsetting the management. Don't be expected to be treated in a polite or courteous manner. Another disappointing thing is that you need to go through a lot of phone time to get an appointment. I was told on the phone that this is not a walk-in clinic.

Dr Bigner spent over an hour with me, since it was my first ever visit to a VA facility. She was up front with some of my concerns and offered some very good advice on ways to tackle my health issues. Coming from someone that has been using public healthcare for decades, this was a refreshing, and enlightening visit. So glad I decided to start using my VA benefits. I could not be more happy with the care I received from them.
