First and foremost, what's important is to be on time for your appointment, rule number one. They will send you an email about an App called My Chart. I was dumbfounded and didn't know who it came from. I did some research and found that it had to do with Nephrology. I was comfortable then. I downloaded the App to my iPhone and created an account. Lo and behold my records from my doctor was on it as well as my nephrologist. I was in awe!! Appointment: On the App it had my appointment time as well as the time that it would end with you seeing the doctor which was 40 minutes. I didn't get out after 40 minutes as I still had blood work and as well a urine exam. I was done with the doctor a little before 10 as my appointment time was 9:20. I had also noticed on my chart it already showed me when my next appointment was and as well as the time. Get this! If you have any questions you can also send an email to the doctor from the app and he will reply back to you. I hadn't tried that aspect yet so I can't tell you how long it would be for a reply. Checkout: Checkout was pretty simple for the most part. The only thing that was a little tedious with me but not bad was setting the appointment date. As I already had one scheduled a month later by them, they had to change that date for ultrasound. It really didn't take too long, it was just me getting my dates straight due to my schedule is all. I didn't have a problem with this place and I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Christopher has horrible bed side manner and I would not trust her with my dog much less my life. Heartless Women! They failed to communicate to my mom the patient and her family that she was no longer tolerating Dialysis which she accidentally stated in my moms ICU room as she denied my mom care. Three months they have documented she was not tolerating Dialysis but failed to tell her or her family. My moms health was neglected by these horrible doctors and the staff at the Easley Dialysis Clinic!!
