I was also advised by front desk that my insurance had been verified and I have no copayment to later be billed a $90 for my visit. Granted it's not much however, the waiting period when an appointment is prescheduled, just one patient in the lobby, seeing professionals tweedle their thumbs on their phones, and misinformation regarding billing is very inconvenient and discouraging to patients. Patients come to you to seek care and this is the type of care we're receiving. It's truly unprofessional and needs to be addressed.

I finally went out into the hall and asked how much longer and I was to 30 more minutes at which time I went to the front and got my copay back. I told the girl I had been talking to that this was absolutely unacceptable. She looked at me , said have a nice day and walked off. I will never go there again! You have the normal forms but since I'm in the NG.NEG Hospital system, paperwork was quick. ER staff is kind, soft touch as are the doctors. Clean- since its all new, but all staff at both locations are caring, get you in and out, and don't look like they don't want to be there. The Doc I saw here today 1/26 was a specialist and got me in and out with the right diagnosis and on my way to pain free!! Glad to have one nearby.

I followed up with the clinic they told me the doctor would not be back until 3 days from today. It is not appropriate for me to wait on results for an ASAP CAT Scan. They stated they would have MD call me-never did. Also, my open wounds were not cleaned and not inquiry if I have had a tetanus shot. They need to understand they are dealing with people's medical care and health. Follow-up is critical. Stay away, I will never go back!
