I have to give a shout out to the night nurse (Dave) and the day nurse (Heather) for the care they provided me while I was there. Since my stay was not planned, I had no opportunity to prepare or make sure I had any essentials one would need for the overnight stay, but the night nurse (Dave) was able to get me a much-needed toothbrush and toothpaste, and although he had to disturb my sleep on more than one occasion to take blood, etc., the night nurse (Dave) was pleasant and caring. He was easy to talk to and personable. The day nurse (Heather) had a happy and very caring attitude, which made an unexpected stay in the hospital much easier to handle. When I went to the ultrasound appointment a few hours later I found out it wasn't for my bladder but for my uterus. I got the impression from the technician that this level of bamboozle was common. The radiology group is Radiology of North Georgia (RoNG) and is in the same cluster of buildings. Trinity contacted me through my chart to pay a $230 bill for the service which I did. Then I started receiving bills from RoNG for nearly the same amount. They argued that these were totally separate bills even though the one I paid via the portal clearly was for the ultrasound. However, if you look at Google reviews of RoNG you can see that they give zero f***s and will send you to collections for $50. Avoid St. Mary's and avoid Radiology of North Georgia.

I started coming to this place September 2017 and realized early that they aren't any help. I had several problems that would cause a lot of pain with confirmed diagnosis. Each time I went there to get help they would test me for something unrelated to my pain. They weren't interested in helping me. Not only that they told me I'll be on medical leave and then after a surgery refused to signed the forms causing me to lose out on my leave pay. I'm lucky to have another doctor to fill out the leave forms or I wouldn't have a job right now. At my last appointment they were worried about bi-poplar which isn't my diagnosis at all but it's on my record for them and they never treated me for bi-polar but yet they were discussing something I don't have when I was there for my pain from surgery. I never did find out what's causing my pain. If you need a doctor that will help and listen you in your time of need don't go here! Worse experience ever.

The daytime caregivers provided outstanding care and seemlessly blended into home life, providing me and other family members with needed breaks. We also had the same caregivers during the day and evening. They communicated with me and my spouse clearly, professionally and compassionately and attended to her needs with sensitivity and dignity. The night care was good but more inconsistent especially during weekends and inclement winter weather. I did not realize that the care CB provided was not covered by our insurance and it is expensive but well worth the cost. My spouse was able to stay at home throughout.
