If they had knocked and let me know they were there, I could have put my dog away and I wouldn't have been scared by men suddenly appearing outside my window! We reached out to the company with our frustrations, and Todd Parkes responded and was so rude and passive aggressive, taking no responsibility whatsoever. He sent a picture of our empty driveway (we have a garage by the way) and this was supposed to be proof that no one was home? He said we could have come out and talked to his technicians! I'm sorry??
