I can't tell you if it was the technician or the way we were feeling that day or watt. The facility was reasonably clean, but not spotless and the donor area looked extremely cluttered.

There were only two people onsite, which led to some delays, esp when one of them took their break. Not their fault, but they should probably schedule three people here. They did provide snacks and drinks after giving blood, like most donation centers. But due to the overworked staff, they didn't properly seal off the hole from the needle. I kept having to put new bandages on it for 2-3 days later.

I've been here before, but only to donate blood. Donating platelets is a much longer process, and they certainly made sure it was a easy and comfortable as possible. The beds to donate have tv screens and headsets to keep you entertained, they bring you blankets and pillows and everything you need to be comfortable. I felt very pampered the entire time. I will definitely continue to come to this location whenever I want to donate.
