So after years of choosing to use this company for all of my family's embroidery needs...I am done. I will take my business elsewhere. Customer service along with customer satisfaction is very important to me. For whatever reasons this place treats their customers like they don't matter. If I pay you for a service and I'm not completely happy...what happened to making things right? We've gotten Belvah bags, Christmas stockings, pillows all kinds of things embroidered and it's always something. Unable to match font (size and style)...thin stitching...limited selection of fonts. Last the staff is just plain rude!! In a nutshell do your research there are other places in the area who will take your money AND treat you with respect. No one has to patronize you...it's a choice and I can't give my money to someone who is rude and condescending ON TOP of being less than custom service oriented. read more

I've been doing business with Custom Caps, Shirts and More for years. For corporate purchases, they've fulfilled custom large orders for hats and monogrammed Belvah bags. The reason they keep getting my business is both quick order fulfillment, and bulk pricing. For small to mid-sized businesses, they can't be beat. These items have been used for leadership offsite meetings and corporate gifts. For myself and my family, I buy my Jansport backpacks for my four kids there every year and they know me as a regular customer and treat me that way. They ship items as well, as I've since moved out of state. For those wanting to create a personalized piece or custom product, be ready to work through design options and thread colors to make your piece a one-of-a-kind keepsake. They have a lot of options for you to choose from. David and his staff have always been responsive to my requests, and done everything to keep my business all these years. I showed a picture of the logo I wanted to be embroidered on my shirt to the female worker. We looked at several pictures and I showed her on the picture the shade of gold I wanted in the logo. All vendors we have previously used have consistently called it "old gold." The lady never showed me the color swatches. When I picked up the shirt, the gold was not the same shade as the logos I showed the worker. I took the shirt, and the more I thought about it, I was not happy with the shirt. I called and talked to the owner, and told him what occurred, and the worker never showed me the color swatches. He told me that I should have said something last night. He told me he had to call the worker to get her side of the story. He called me back and said the worker said she showed me the swatches- that never occurred. He told me they could redo the order on a new shirt for $12 or redo the logo on the shirt. I told him I would NOT pay for a shirt when I was not shown the colors beforehand. When i returned the shirt, the owner had an attitude and told me that I should have seen the swatches o the counter and the lady showed me the threads (he wasn't there). I picked my shade of gold and he told me that was not the correct shade because, according is to him, he has done previous work for my organization, and the gold originally on the shirt was the correct shade. I repeatedly told him it was not, and the shade I selected was the correct shade. I picked up my shirt, and I was met with a very dismissive attitude by the owner. I will never frequent the business again, and will ensure my organization will not use them in the future. read more

Terrible experience. Ordered a Belvah Duffel Bag online and when I received it they had clearly embroidered the back on the bag (wrong side). I have two other Belvah duffel bags and all of them are embroidered on the correct front side. Needless to say the bag looked terrible with the odd embroidery placement. I contacted the store and received horrible costumer service from the store owner, David. He was rude and unprofessional from the beginning and instead of fixing what was a clear error on his company's part, he instead told me that there was nothing that could be done. Even on the Belvah Manufacturing website they show the embroidery on the front of this particular bag. I do not recommend this company at all, they are not invested in the best interest of their clients and clearly don't fix their mistakes. read more
