My first encounters with the box trying to get everything set up online was very efficient. The person I interacted with via email was very professional yet friendly. It is always a little intimidating going to a new Crossfit box especially if you're not super fit. But from day 1 I felt like this was my home gym. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and encouraging. Best of all, I could feel that camaraderie that I had missed so much in a Crossfit box. The programming is great, very balanced and the coaches are very attentive to the movements. One of the better boxes I've visited. Wonderful new facility. Clean and plenty of space. A couple great coaches, some others lack some experience and tact. Most patrons are friendly, not too many clicks here. Occasional staring contests, some patrons take shirts off because it can get hot and sweaty. Need some Tires here!
