We went back and forth discussing different paver options, styles, layout ideas, and pricing. After several site visits, we agreed on a final scope and signed agreement. Once the work finally began and the trees/shrubs were already removed, Francisco stopped the project and told me I would now need to pay an additional $1,000 because the patio would require a step. He claimed this made it a "different project." As a homeowner, I relied on the contractor's expertise. I clearly explained what I wanted from the beginning, and Francisco had visited the site multiple times before agreeing to the price. If a step was required, that should have been identified during the estimating and planning process -- not after demolition had already started. When I pushed back, I was told he could simply "put the trees back and refund the money." While I did receive a refund, I was ultimately left with removed landscaping, dead trees sitting in my garden bed, and no patio project completed. The most frustrating part was that everything had already been discussed, measured, signed, and agreed upon beforehand. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and poorly planned.

This company does not do right by their customers. Less than 2 months ago i had 10 large trees…read moreplanted in my yard and half of them are already dead. After the first one died we called this company immediately and they told us to "water trees 2 times a day." We did as told and 4 more died since. After calling again to ask if the owner would come by and look at the trees or how we can better take care of them he acted defensively and refused. He then blamed us for the size of the trees we asked him to plant and blamed the weather. He also does not cover the cost of the trees, no refunds , no guarantees. He was just plain rude and doesn't take care of his customers.

In a few days he came back, "fixed" it, but it wasn't really fixed and kept not working. I called him and he said no problem, a faulty unit, needs a replacement, he'll replace it tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. It's been a long time, and after a few tomorrows and other promises, nothing is done - the grass is dead in that zone, and the guy stopped responding over the phone or SMS. If he is alive - he deserves one star. He is not a professional. He is simply dishonest - he will come when you pay him $500, but if anything goes wrong and needs to be addressed - he will disappear on you.
