He really could have ran the price up but chose to be genuine and when you have someone like that (much like a good barber or mechanic) you don't go elsewhere and you go out of your way to tell people about them. They demo-ed an old broken wooden deck and installed the new paver including a raised / enclosed patio area with columns and retaining wall, a flat open area, and walkways to the garage/driveway and the same matching pathway up the front of the house to the entrance and front steps. His team was professional, neat, and timely finishing the job with attention to detail and high-quality standards - even going above and beyond to make sure the landscaping looked beautiful for our family event.
