So beware of this place I made a big mistake not getting the confirmation in writing that it would be covered 100%. My first impression as I walked in the front door was a big sign stating that "All footwear must be removed". I understand that winter footwear can be very dirty but please let people leave their footwear in a secure place. This area was behind another closed door before the reception room meaning anyone could steal my $300 boots from this private room as they were leaving. Also, the entire practice was a very cool temperature so my feet were freezing for the entire hour I was there. Next they pretty much demanded I had to have x-rays which I didn't want - I had my last 2 wisdom teeth out a year ago and regularly have my teeth cleaned every 6 months so I know my teeth are fine. The hygienist picked my teeth manually with the metal tools for 30mins before giving me a basic polish and then a fluoride rinse. The last dental practice I used was WONDERFULLY MODERN. They had a scaling machine that the hygienist used which made the experience much more pleasant and thorough. Plessis dental didn't even have a sink beside the patient's chair I had my teeth cleaned on & the rooms were more like sections separated by partitions so I could see other people receiving treatments which seems really strange to me. I would not go back or recommend - 2 stars only because the reception staff were very polite and my teeth do look clean.

So the pain in my mouth, should have been quick and easy for a qualified dentist. but it was over twenty years of hell. Loss of sleep major headaches , and a very ignorant patient: me! Another employee from my place of business lived near Stafford . So I enquired with her with about here. Her response was he brings the Patient alot of pain. At the time big jobs were done by Dr Stillwater. He suggested a procedure, but never once called it by it's common name. Which is "ROOT CANAL" ! As this horrible procedure never actually cured any pain I was having. I mentioned it at a follow up. "He told me it looked great, and if this 2nd attempt doesn't work, I'd need false teeth which entails a lot of dental visits and similar procedures, and heavy maintenance.Plus not much if any insurance coverage."Life went on and everyone including different dentists all complimented my dental work. And didn't seem to hear any of words on the pain I've been in for 1-2 decades.A description of the work done, I gave to someone explained that to me ,it was a Root Canal! In which I sucked it up and lived in pain with.This started to feel worse so another dentist who "loved" Stillwaters work in my mouth; finally got a specialist (Orthidontist ?) only on my insistence someone to pull the teeth and the roots out.And they were keen on the cleaning procedure extensively! (what the hell the guy's got insurance!) I feel normal again after years of pain. But hell used to "look great", but I would have traded the pain for many more meals with soup.And possibly less two divorces. My Experience, Makes me not trust any medical providers in this province.

I love how one lady called me to confirm an appointment but when I told her I was sick she still thought it was appropriate to make my appointment. WTF?
