The people working had no joy and they appeared disappointed when we didn't buy anything. The prices here were exactly what you would expect to pay. My only and only issue with this place was selection. Had it been larger, I'm sure we would have found some treasure. The live auctions are really fun, but if you don't want to sit there for 3 hours waiting for your items to go up, then you can sit at home and participate in the live auction from home! There is a 20% fee for online auctions and I think it's like 15% if you're there. Another benefit of physically being there is that some items are only offered AT the auction. I don't know why...maybe last minute items? Anywho...it's really fun and you'll never shop at a regular antique store ever again!

The salesman was very helpful and knew his stock. We went home happy from this clean, professional store. My only gripe is that they didn't have our bench or the extended Power Block set in stock right away. This is where you'll pay a little bit more to get a LOT more in quality and longevity (and maybe also safety).

They have shoes, purses, fancy sparkly accessories (cheaper than Claire's.) They also have super cute summer clothes to wear under the cap & gown for grad ceremony. One thing I liked is their website has an extensive selection, but sometimes you could find the dress in the store to try on and even if it was the wrong size they could order it for you and have it shipped to your house for free because they're based in California. It took about 3 - 4 business days to get my shoes that I needed in a certain size and a dress that I needed. So if you plan a little bit in advance and they don't have your size they can check inventory and order it for you so you can get within 3 to 4 days you should have it if you're in WA. You'll be notified when the order ships and when your order is expected delivery + a tracking number to watch for it. The girls that work there are sweet, helpful, but not hovering, and will show you what they have if you ask for something particular.

Being without clothes, they wanted to open my curtain and saying if I don't hurry up they will come in and kick me out. Once i had my clothes on and ready to go, they followed me outside the store and i told the manager why was this happening and she gave me a very NASTY look and IGNORED me. The two male cops kept following me until I was at the food court on my way out. This is very unexceptional, unexpected and inexcusable.

They did a lot of good work, packaging up the items and creating the listings. We thought all was well until we saw the listings prior to the sale going live. Instead of selling individual collectibles or antiques, they put many together in groups, which resulted in a much lower return. Also, on a number of items, we specifically specified a reserve, which they said they would honor. That was not done, and, depite notifying them of that, they said it was too late, and they went ahead and sold the items anyway at an absurdly, ridiculously low amount. We had planned to utilize them for several more auctions but were sufficiently dissatisfied that we decided not to use them again.
