Last year, they called to reschedule my annual days before the appointment. They wanted to love me back quite a bit. Sorry but, I am very busy too and have schedules that I have to work around so, instead, they loved me up 15 minutes. I proceeded to wait over an hour for the Dr and then was very rushed in the appointment. This year, I waited over 40 min for the doctor and was yet again rushed. Had to ask the staff twice if she was coming. I had questions about things which is what you SHOULD cover in an annual - who don see about... Dr Garrison, when she did finally show, was okay and said to send her a follow up not on the outlying things, including a test she knew nothing about and that she'd research and guide me. So, I sent the follow up note only to be chastised and scolded in the note response back. There were over three paragraphs of how I was a bad patient. For asking questions? Seriously? They proceeded to tell me that she spent 45 minutes with me, which is an absolute LIE. Dr Garrison might be good but, nothing is worth being treated as if you are the problem when all you need is help getting guided to the right place

I've actually been coming here for about 15 years. They've changed ownership and systems multiple…read moretimes. I come in at least every 6 months - it seems like you have to fill out new stuff every visit. They take a credit card to hold on file - and make you do it again less than a month later, even after making a card payment in their new system that requires you to fill out all medical history again. They can't or don't opt to migrate patient history fully from one system to another. They have a secure portal to review records, but don't allow data from e.g. Apple Watch with medical/health stats. I refer to their system for my medical history... if they don't know it and need me to update it after 15 years of regular visits and updates... maybe there's another place that can keep their system and records stable. There has seemed to be a sharp upturn in requests for more business and monetization of visits. To see the MD here vs NP or PA, you have to pay an extra $2k per year - even if you have a covered insurance plan. $$$ I'd suggest avoiding this office now, especially if you've got an HSA plan, poor coverage, or no coverage.

I said I would prefer to be Refered to a cardiologist instead of waiting in emergency all day as I wasn't currently having chest pains. I waited all day for a call back 3:10 it came in from the office, she the on call physician stated she had an appt at 4:00 pm and they could do some blood work and a EKG in the office. I said yes, I left work at 3:21 drove across town. To park Meadows from south-west Littleton. I got there at 4:12. They said well let us check to see if we can still see you as we have a 10 minute cut off time. I said I just booked this with the on call physician and immediately left work and came over here and drove across town. I don't have control over traffic. Bottom line they wouldn't see me! They said I could re-schedule or go to the ER! Very poor practice and this isn't the first time I have felt pushed to the side. I FIRED them! These physicians need to care more and have more compassion for their patients! I feel like all they do is paperwork and push their meds and vaccinations! It's disgusting!

Called me rude when she would not listen and stop talking over me, accused me of swearing in order to cause a scene on her side of the phone and would not give me her name after I asked several times. She is a poor excuse for a front desk medical staff member to serve patients. She threatened to discharge me from the practice because I asked to speak to a supervisor. When I emailed the admin email (which led to an inbox she managed, not the owner's inbox as requested), she called me to discharge me as retaliation and fabricated that I was being "abusive" to justify her actions. She also advised they would not fill my prescriptions due to this discharge, which violates the 45-day patient rule, further supporting this discharge was retaliatory and outside of the scope of issue. The owner claimed the threat not to refill was a "typo" when confronted about it, though they tried to deny Darcy saying it at all until I provided my email evidence. Unprofessional and embarrassing for what should be a true healthcare practice.

We had a terrible experience with Dr. Jones-Bamman. My son had some horrific chest pain that kept…read morehim out of school for a year and a half. Caitlin did a great job at first trying to think through the cause and when she couldn't figure it out, she didn't just suggest but told me to move on and force my son to go to school and ignore his pain. We decided to pursue some other avenues and needed a 2nd opinion. We went to Dr Bouzarelos who helped me think through some options. Under the notes, I saw Caitlin tell an admin that a 2nd opinion completely undermines the patient-doctor relationship. Once she heard I saw Dr. Bouzarelos, she called me at work to re-enforce her thoughts. I called the office and asked to switch our primary care physician which Caitlin wouldn't allow. She said that if I wanted to switch, I don't believe in their practice and I was not allowed to see anyone in their practice. I was left without a primary doctor overnight in the middle of a medical emergency. Fortunately, Partners in Pediatrics understood my emergency and got me in right away. They encourage 2nd opinions and would love to hear if I have any other ideas. My son's chest pain has been resolved and we continue to partner on his care. I hope the more senior physicians at 5280 learn from this review and coach the newer doctors. A few other things: I know Caitlin only worked a couple of days a week. Since they won't collaborate across physicians, I often had to wait several days to get any answers back. The front office can be pretty difficult. None of this really mattered to me until I was in a true emergency. I suggest finding a great pediatrician because when your child is chronically sick, it can be very difficult to manage.
