And before I know it, I was officially hooked up and got my infusion started. It was nice to be able to lay down. I watched a couple episodes of Dateline and before I know it, I was done. I couldn't have asked for a nicer nurse to help me today. He was great! I enjoyed my little snack and being able to chill in my room. I hope that if you have to get an infusion done that you have such a great experience like I did today.

The Main Floor is well designed and welcoming with separate seating for 'sick' patients waiting to be seen. Well staffed at the entry, pharmacy and urgent care/lab areas. There is a pleasant coffee bar with snacks and a discreetly placed player piano that provides lovely background music. I've been going there since moving here 3 years ago. I get most of my medical services (Family Practice, Labs, Urgent Care, Therapy, & Pharmacy) met there, and go to other clinics and the U hospital only when specifically directed. KDavis

Contrary to the reviewer below, I have had the benefit of seeing Odyssey House save thousands of lives as it leads the STATE in substance Abuse and mental health treatment. This treatment center is not for those looking to take a break to dry out....it is one that requires one to begin loving themselves and others. Whatever Odyssey House of Utah lacks in expensive decor, it more than makes up for in rich tradition, history, realness, power, and the fact that it will choose to save a life every time it can - even though many programs that are not truly mission based, charge tens of thousands per month, and actually have substantial profit, will choose to distribute the money to owners instead of to scholarships. NO disrespect to a business making a dollar, believe me, I am a libertarian with strong fiscal conservatism in my blood - I simply have seen Odyssey's beauty in design by eliminating that entire potential conflict of interest. At most treatment centers, and this is factual, you get a respite from using and a luxurious room. At Odyssey House, one gets healthy. Sober and connected. Once again - alive. The below information is misleading, call and ask any of their team about any of the below comments for a helpful explanation of why the gentleman below must have missed out on the opportunity of a lifetime by giving into the strong power of addicts to create negativity in ANY situation if it helps them perpetuate their disease.) Best chance anyone has if they truly want, or don't want, to improve their life. Regardless, their life will be cherished by not only everyone there, but themselves. Thank you all for what you do for this world. D

When I questioned the office about this additional charge, they explained that discussions about my monthly cycle and menopause symptoms were not considered part of the annual exam and thus incurred extra fees. According to them, an annual exam only covers a breast exam and a pap smear--nothing more. This was surprising to me, as my previous OB-GYN routinely discussed my monthly cycle and general health without additional charges. Despite reaching out multiple times and leaving messages for the office manager, I never received a response

She explains issues so you understand and asking question's is welcomed. Most labs come back in a day and I'm notified immediately, this is super fast compared to a medical facility that I previously worked at. All of the Medical Assistants that I have had were excellent and caring. My only concern was the billing department not being up to date. The front office person told me I owed $30. which I had already paid 2 months prior, and it wasn't even for this office/doctor. She didn't believe me when I told her and gave me a dirty look. I felt this was very unprofessional of her and the next time I came in I had the proof with me. Going to a doctor shouldn't cause more anxiety but because I have had no other issues in over 30yrs I will not take any "stars" from my review. I have also gone to 2 other lady practitioners in this practice (Margaret and Jackie and they were wonderful also but avoid Dr. Bulaj as she is the worst doctor I've ever experienced in my life. I can't imagine how she can still be working there or anywhere!

More brain damage on top of brain damage I already have. And they say I'm not disabled I should work. Possibly putting other people's life in danger by putting me to work with brain damage and delayed neurological sequels. No these young Drs have bairly any experience in life matters. There just here for a check and don't realize who's lives they'll damage by thinking there right when there wrong. There diagnosis on me isn't just about me it's about everyones safety around me and mine. Good by SMFM. You should get the hospitals name of your practice cause the hospital is 100% Sorry but your put my life in danger and others around me cause you don't care about your patience or the people around them. At least the hospital cares.
