I didn't get to know the names of many of the helps but a few stuck out as super nice like Logan, Emily and 3 of the medication nurses. I went in unable to walk to the bathroom or out the door but soon therapists Rebecca and Michael got me up and moving. Walking half the length of the building. All in a friendly, nonthreatening way. Michael I've ask to be my home therapy person. I didn't feel afraid going home becuz I'd learned to walk. They care about you. I didn't like many of the meals so Teresa the nutritionist came in and asked what I liked and then I got what I wanted. Bacon and cottage cheese for breakfast and a large chef salad for lunch. It was great from then on. I took a 3 inch foam bed topper there and put it on my bed under my twin sheets. With a pillow on each side I was so comfortable sleeping in the twin bed. I brought my own Roku Tv becuz their TVs are so small I couldn't read the captioning. But my 41" was great

Its he way of the financial world we live in. The staff in Riverton were always attentive with smiles on their faces. The physical therapy departmen is top notch. I've been looking for a primary doctor for a while. Being from out of state I haven't really found a family physician doctor who also covers such a wide scope of practice. Dr Zhang is a certified and licensed injector as well! I love how tranquil the lobby is. Very cozy with a lot of Chinese cultural decor. Doctor Zhang was so kind and laid back. She was very easy to talk to and not judgmental at all when it came to topics of previous medication or overall health awareness. They are really great in terms of resources and knowledge. They are licensed and able to prescribe Suboxone for people who may have had previous issues or abuse from opiates.

I was able to get back to my normal self and strengthen my neck and upper back with the help of Jim & his team. He even went above and beyond with some other issues I had where I had a floater in my eye (from the concussion) so he started to include vision exercises (the dots on his wall) and after a few months, I stopped noticing the floater in my vision. Not only strengthening my upper body but my eye muscles, I'm so grateful for the service I received there. My only complaint (not their fault) is that I wish I could afford all of the equipment they have in the office and bring it to my house! Haha Scheduling visits was always easy to do and the front desk staff were friendly. Parking was easy because it's a shared space with other businesses and easy to access with being near the freeway. I don't love that I have to be treated here, but I really do love the doctors here. I've been here…read morefor 2 or 3 years. And they are always quick. I've never been there over an hour. I appreciate their effectiveness, but willingness to treat me as an individual. Dr Raj has always remembered me since the very beginning. He knew personal things about me and always brought them up. They are quick and efficient, but I have never felt like a number being pushed through the conveyor belt like I have at other doctors (like an OB when I was pregnant- that was sad!!) Dr Raj often jokes and makes me feel more comfortable during procedures or appointments. I feel like he is a friend. He knows what my insurance requires and how to get what I need while using my coverage. Since I've been going for years, I get interested in things they are doing or seeing during procedures so I sometimes ask questions. He is so great to answer things and let me know what is going on. I never feel uncomfortable, even when I'm getting shots in my tailbone and am rather....exposed. He is respectful and professional. Anna, the PA (I think) is awesome too! She is so caring and takes time to talk if you ask. Again, she does have a pattern of the way she asks questions, does the prescriptions, and leaves, but that's just because they see so many people in a day and if there are no other needs, then why not be fast? But I've had her administer trigger point injections or stay and talk during my medication refill appointment. I know she cares and wants what is best for me. She's been honest when I've asked about my future and where my treatment is going. I really appreciate her. Some of the nurses are also memorable and great. At least I think they are nurses. Or assistants of some type. I'm not sure titles. I would know their names if I heard them, but can't recall them all. One, I think Stephanie, loves Batman and has a lot of personality. She is fun and makes me feel comfortable. There is also an older woman who helps with procedures. I always feel a little better when I see her. It means the procedure is close and I'm in good hands. She's funny and very knowledgeable. She takes time to explain what she's seeing as she sets up they X-ray. She has experience as a patient and professional, so she understands what it feels like as well as what is going on. She often makes jokes and is so fun. Together these professionals make me feel welcome and well taken care of. I went to another pain clinic before this and I hated going. I waited forever. The doctors were cold. I was a number. It was terrible. I'm so glad I changed doctors and feel grateful to be a patient here.
