Don't go here! The new manager is racist! She didn't want to honor my stamps for a free wash because she said I stamped it myself like who goes out of their way to buy a fake stamp? Then she shows me other receipts and the ones from a month ago looked like mine! She had new stamps when she took over the business! I called her out and told her I don't care anymore just charge me so I can go to work, and she kept me there, hostage talking my ears out about the stupid stamp! I had to ask one of the car detailers to come talk to her so she could charge me, so I can leave. And she looks at him and looks back at me and says, "oh, you know her that's why?" Like NO! But in this event, I went here, and it wasn't so bad For $25dollars before tax, my SUV was cleaned inside out, and even the trunk received vacuuming. I've never been to this car wash but I passed it today on my way to pick up my son and I didn't have much time. I only did the exterior wash. After they finished, I saw that it was not clean so I told one of the employee that was wiping the car and I asked if he could please wipe the stain away. He immediately turned and said no and ignored the stain. So I went to another guy who was wiping on the other side of the car to help clean the stain. I got a flat tire today, and I pulled into the car wash for help. After receiving a rude no, I offered to even PAY for their help to change my tire. The workers responded by telling me to leave immediately. They didn't have any cars waiting for a car wash. They just wanted to continue sitting on their asses. I was sure I left the Windows all closed but when I got in I felt dampness on my seat and noticed that my window is slightly open. Come on people even if it was my fault (which I don't think so since I had the ac running) wouldn't the staff check the Windows?? My car seat was wet when I sat in my car. This place does not look modern nor high tech but they can really make your car look and smell great after a car wash. These guys are doing a very good job and I'm impressed every time I take my car there. I always pay $30 and wait around 15 minutes but I don't mind coz I feel that even my car is very happy once they give it back to me. So spotlessly clean! I've been to several car wash places and some of them are so high tech but nothing compares to this place in the way they clean my car. Very fastidious and they don't scrimp on Armor All and whatever they use to do their superb job. Thank you guys! read more

When my goto "NYC car wash" on queens blvd closed down, I needed to find a new one in a pinch. I figured I'd give this one a try since it was right around the corner. I pulled in and paid $16 for the royal package that was supposed to include a tire/rim shine and a trunk vacuum among other things. I rolled away without getting either, my fault for not checking the trunk until I got home. They also didn't rinse off the floor mats, they just shook them out and put them back in. Avoid this scam of a place at all cost! read more

Great service, they were very busy but still got my car in and out in no time. I Usually do the VIP wash and very pleased with that.

If I could 6 stars, I would give them 7!!! This place is awesome. They do a great job and I've never had any scratches or damage done to my baby (car haha). And it's cheap! Love this place. Yelp's map is not working correctly. This car wash is located on 42-08 80th St, Elmhurst, NOT Manhattan. You can get "the works" for a little over $14! This includes vacuuming, car wash, wax, and armor all. What a bargain! The machines are well maintained by the owners as evidenced by the fact that I've NEVER had any sorts of dings/scratches on my 1998 Toyota 4Runner for the years I've been going there. Make sure you tip all the "paisanos" that dry and add armor all to your vehicle, because they're such hard workers for the minimum wage that they get paid! read more

One of the worse car wash places in the Tristate area. Went today to get a wash, it took all of 45 seconds to run the car through the wash AND THE CAR WAS STILL DIRTY. THE WINDOWS WERE STREAKY AND THE INTERIOR WASN'T EVEN WIPED DOWN. I paid for the Ritz car wash which is supposed to have the tires armoralled they told me I didn't pay for that option and refused to put it on my tires if I didn't pay 30$ to have the whole interior done as well. My car came out really clean, but this was my very first time going to a car wash, and I had no idea what Armor All meant, which I told them several times. They still went ahead and used it on the interior and now my car looks obnoxiously shiny on the inside, sticky, and smells like I just got it at a used car dealership. Gross! Probably one of the worse car washes in all of Queens. For as long as I could remember, this spot has always been a car wash since I was a kid. I took my first car here for a wash. What I really hate about this car wash is how old their brushes are. The bristles have split ends and it's extremely harsh on the exterior of your car. The guys here pound on your wheels, slaps the broom/brush on the your car in a very rough motion. They should consider using microfiber mittens to hand wash the cars before sending it in through the wash tunnel. On the positive note, they've always shine tires up pretty nice. Tire shine here is an extra $2. They brush on a nice coat of it. Other places are a bit cheap and it wears off quite fast. read more

You will be better off with a hose and you'll save yourself the cost and time of buffing out or painting over the scratch marks. This car wash is older car wash. There is nowhere to sit comfortably and you can't see youe car getting washed. They have exterior wash for 6 $ and other varying options for spray polish abd armorall on the tires and fragrance. I got the ubdercarriage wash polish armorall on tires and feagrance. the car wash liferally took like 60 seconds. they spent little tine drying and car was still dirty on roof and glass still had windshield wiper dirt where not wiped by the blade and one wheel still dirty. I told management and they threw away my receipt and did not attempt to correct. I terior dash clean but other areas all still dirty. by the way I paid $15. and to top it off no air freshner. do not try to find this place. its outdated and no amenities but no discount for it at all. bad management and workers are obviously not motivated. read more
