Ok so I decided to give it a 2nd chance and again paid for Platinum service. Early morning no other cars there, they took me right away. They forgot to vacuum the back as I requested at the start. Good thing I checked before I left. They must have also forgotten to soap and wash the front grill as well. Take a look. About 10 workers and no one noticed? 2 stars because the windows were actually nice inside and out. I guess I am not going back. read more

A decent car wash joint in Queens that has the advance cleaning system which makes the wash quick and worth the 20 dollar cost . Crew do a good job preparing the car before it goes thru the cleaning brushes , etc . Nothing fancy overall but car is cleaner then before and dog order is gone for now . I've come here several times and it's been ok. Nothing impressive. Unfortunately one time they gave me someone else's floor mats. Good thing I noticed before driving away. The last time I went, they just did not do a great job. Car did not come out 100% clean. They missed several spots. Hubby believes it's because I went around lunch time. That should not matter. AVOID THIS PLACE!! They will mess up your car and take no responsibility. I used to always take my car here- NEVER again. Once they mess up your car they "can't take any responsibility" The truth is the issue was minor, but the treatment was exceptionally bad. (Photo attached). One of the guys put way too much force and the plastic snapped down and out of place. An honest mistake, but They said nothing and expected me to drive off and not notice. I very politely asked if they could fix it. I felt bad for the worker and said it was no sweat, but would just like it fixed. We got in touch with the owner Kevin and he sent his mechanic from next door over. The guy is now the third person to get in my passenger seat and when I say "are you the mechanic?" he replies with "yes, sweetheart I've been doing this since before you were born" Cool.. Thanks for the history lesson and sexism. Then he proceeds to talk to me like I'm a complete moron and tells me "do you know what a coincidence means? This is what we like to call a coincidence.." My response "No. This is what we call cause and effect because it was fine when I got here and now it's broken" It proceeded this way and then eventually I had to leave for work. Spoke with the owner Kevin a few days later who blamed the age of my car. How sometimes cars that are older come through and he can't take blame when mirrors etc are "blown off" - exact words. Fact of the matter is it was all unnecessary. Could have been easily fixed and addressed. My neighborhood mechanic fixed it for free and laughed at their horrible business practice and condemned them on putting down my car that has had zero issues besides routine maintenance. Not how you treat another person, let alone a loyal customer. Plenty of other car washes down the street. read more

I'm about to try to sell my car but it was FILTHY. I requested the full service Diamond detail wash because I really needed the inside scrubbed & I even wanted them to vacuum in the trunk. Well, I can tell you they went ABOVE & BEYOND! They all did a great job but this one, skinny young man spent close to an hour scraping & scrubbing the console that had gunk all stuck on it. My car looks FANTASTIC & I think I'll even get a better price now!! If I weren't moving out of state, this would DEFINITELY have been my go to car wash!!! read more

Highly recommend taking a trip to Ridgewood to get your vehicle washed here . Came on NYE and although the line was long the staff moved it so you didn't spend your day waiting to get your car wash . The plus is that you can get breakfast or lunch at the coffee showattached to it . Update to my review i would like to know if that free wash is still available. I am willing to give your shop another chance. Would give this place no stars if i can. I bring my company van there once a month for a full service wash. The van always comes out of there with the windows still dirty and dirt on the outside as well. Plus today i went through my van was not even completely dried off but they never seem to do that and i was told my van was done. I get in and as im about to pull away i realize my drivers seat is completely soaking wet. So i call a guy back over and tell him why is my seat wet he proceeds to tell me he dont know its not his mistake and they try to wet vac the seat dry. They did not provide any type of cover or bag or anything to cover the wet spot on the seat. Also they wet spot was not just water it smelled like window cleaner. They was nothing but rude to me and always are. Worst car wash in Ridgewood. read more

This car wash is the slowest car wash I've been to!! I seen many car washes that wash about 2 to 3 cars per minute these guys take 5 mins to get a car through to go through the machine. I literally waited 40 mins on the line and i only had 6 cars in front of me! I will never go there again and they do a half job i had to vacuum the car at my house after i left! No good! read more

Pay attention when you get your car washed here! This happened to me as well when I went there the past 2 times!! I confronted the workers about it in the front and they showed no sign of caring that I paid for the platinum car wash and I got received a basic wash! I did not get the rain X or triple foam! I have email traffic from Kevin Vasquez (who I was told is the part of management) I am not going to be called a liar, clearly I am not the only person who has come in and had an issue. I was told to contact the management and I did so, and was brushed off again VIA EMAIL with an "apology" and $2 off my next car wash.
