These guys work so hard. I always walk by and they are always hard at work. Even in winter. My car really needed some love. And my inside windshield was so foggy and grimy. I got it cleaned in and out and it's like my car is brand new now. Price depends on your vehicle. VW SUV $50 inside and out. I think it's like $35 for outside only. Don't quote me. They take cash and cards. Don't expect it to be quick. They are always busy. But many people leave their cars and come back for them. Or you can wait. There are a few places to sit but you might get wet. You wouldn't want them to be quick - they give every car the attention it needs. They did an outstanding job and I asked for wiper fluid refill and it was $5. They showed me the price on the bottle (gallon) and that it was sealed and showed me the empty bottle so I could see the car took the whole gallon. I'll definitely be back! This guy Joaquin is shady and a thief. I paid $450 for what should have been a complete detailing. The services were substandard and incomplete. I left my truck with him over night so that time wouldn't be an issue and I was guaranteed the best polish, wax and cleaning my truck ever received. The exterior wax/compounding was barely noticeable and when I asked why the exterior trim wasn't polished Joaquin response was "that's $300 extra"!! The rear interior seats weren't cleaned, they just wiped them down with Armor All, even their technique with Armor All is uneven. I have multiple dull spots throughout the interior. Obviously never going back and hopefully this will help others. read more

Horrible service, they had my car for nearly 5 hours and didn't put my mats back, I had to go to the trunk and fetch them myself. As I was putting them in, all four mats hadn't been washed properly. One of the people working there cleaned them for me and when asked by the manager if they were dirty when I handed them over he lied and said they were clean and I was complaining without reason. They charge a 12% credit card service fee. So they charged 225$ on the service and the price went up to 254$. Ridiculous. Additionally I called around 6pm and was told my car was drying, when I got there at almost 730 my car was on with the heater all the way up. So my car was on for over an hour and a half! I will not be returning. They get two stars because the rest of the car was clean but I could have paid less and gotten things done right had I just gone to my usual spot on 42nd street and 35th ave. Honestly, such a great car wash! I come in atleast once a week and they never fail at making me happy. I get the Tres Glopes wash package that includes the leather conditioning and spray wax. Between being a mom and a pet owner, I always have crumbs, trash, and dog hair everywhere. The leather conditioning is nice to keep my seats clean and well maintained from paw prints. The spray wax always leaves my car extra shiny!! I also got my car ceramic coated! Definitely worth the investment as my car continues to look like it's straight off the lot. I also love that when it rains, the raindrops roll right off the windshield making it easier to see! They also offer tints with warranty which I did as well. Had a 35 year old car that probably had dirt from the 80s still inside of it. I knew it had to be professionally cleaned and a small hand vac and bottle of upholstery cleaner was not going to do the trick. I called ahead to make sure that I did not have to make an appointment for a interior cleaning and headed on over nice and early on Sunday. Left the car with them after an initial inspection of what I wanted done and I was quoted $225 for an interior shampoo job with an outside clean and wax. Five hours later my car was ready. I will return to them if I needed something in the car cleaned again but will next time mention to leave it to air dry with the doors or windows open. My car was idling for a while which ate quite a bit of gas but I guess that is the way they dry off the inside by running the heat and leaving the car on. Good cleaning all over and it's dark out so I have not even been able to see all the little details yet. read more

I came in at about 7pm on a Saturday, and they looked moderately busy. The guy who helped was friendly and told me it would take about 90 minutes for the basic/standard wash/clean. I came back in a little less than 90 minutes, and was surprised to find that they had already finished with it. I did not even recognize my car. It looks amazingly shiny and clean. What a great place to bring your car too. I just recently got a new x3m40 and want to maintain its cleanness. I've tried several car washes in the greenpoint, Williamsburg and Long Island city areas and this one is by far the best. You will have to leave your car for about an hour for them to do their job, and you will come back to a very thorough one. I specifically looked for a place that cleans rims, and breaks thoroughly. Despite a great hand job by the other places, all of them failed to clean the wheels properly. I absolutely will never come here again. The manager tried to charge me 60 extra dollars for an interior detail on top of a $170 polish. (I now believe the polish price was inflated as well.)
