They were in the middle of running their busy work day and catering to existing customers. could not have been nicer. if they couldn't fix that day, would drive us to a hotel and pick up etc. but within 2 hours, ran diagnostics and had us fixed and on the road for about $150. They could have charged more. They could have put us after their customers with appointments. They took such good care of us - so friendly, kind and professional. What started as a nightmare became such a great experience - thank you so much!
