On the ground floor is a café and shop selling various beauty products and accessories. For more details it's worth visiting their comprehensive website. The one thing I'd say is that with regards to Pilates and Yoga you're more likely to get better treatment from one of Brighton's many independent practitioners, as they tend to be more capable of tailoring the treatment to suit specific needs (please see my review of Learn Pilates for great Pilates classes.)

After months of tests I was diagnosed with cervical vertigo. Constant dizziness, neck pain and stiffness in neck. Ironically this happened within in a few hours after the massage .Massage therapist was advised of previous neck injury. Asked her many time to lessen the pressure in my neck. A good and experienced massage therapist should know about the danger of applying too much pressure in the neck especially to the elder. Revitalise and massage therapist were notified of this incident. There was no concern about my well being from the massage therapist.

The premises are small and simply decorated with two treatment rooms. I was excited to see a beautician's withing walking distance of my flat so went along for some waxing. I had the complete attention of the beautician but I have to say that I wasn't very impressed with the wax- they left areas still covered in hair and didn't treat my skin to prevent rashes or ingrowing hair. It was all very rushed and painful- no effort to soothe the pain. It is certainly convenient for locals and perhaps the other treatments are better but I won't be returning for a wax!

I've been rubbish at doing any exercise, but have been eating very healthily. I thought i wouldn't see any results but i definitely have... of course now i just wish i'd kept up with my jogging too! I love that it is a 5 minute walk from home and the very personal service i get too. I read the review above, i've had my legs waxed too and it wasn't painful (well no more than i should be!) and was definitely had wax removal & aftercare. Wherever i've been there has always been a bit of wax remaining, including in the really expensive places in town, so maybe that person just had an off day. I would hate to think someone wouldn't go because of the above review.
