The wrap was tasty and full of Caesar flavor. Another plus was that I could see and taste authentic crab cake. It wasn't a huge wrap or crab cake, but the flavor and presentation made up for where the portion lacked. With that said, I was satiated after eating the entire wrap that was cut into two portions, so I guess it was enough. I also tasted a few Old Bay fries; they were good. The service was good. I liked that the truck provided a coaster pager while we waited, which allowed us to continue walking around the festival until the food was ready. Now imagine that you have never learned to associate 'smoked' with 'dry' because you will unlearn this association within moments of tasting their pork, chicken, or -- if you are particularly lucky -- their brisket. A plate of this and some sides (some of which are still also smoked!) may be enough food to get you through your entire day, thus making the drive effectively as much as 3x more worthwhile than it would be in case you do not think barbecue is worth driving out here for. The mac and cheese was dry and had almost no cheese and too much black pepper. My friend says the ribs were good (not excellent) and the chicken was dry and just ok in flavor.
