I could barely find a group of napkins, plates and utensils that were all the same color. Limited supply of drink dispensers, trays, cups, balloons, toothpicks... the list goes on. The store is super bare. Service is lacking as well. Sandy who I interacted with at the end of my visit was nice but seemed very overwhelmed. I needed to order balloons for delivery and ended up standing in a nonexistent line at the balloon counter for 17 minutes and then was told to move down for assistance. While I stood there two employees had a full conversation and never acknowledged me until they finished. When they were done one asked what I needed and directed me to a new line where I met Sandy. The carpet as you walk in was full of leaves and debris. Aisles have ladders and boxes in carts that are full of items. You can barely find anyone to help if you are looking for anything and so overall it was just a poor experience. I did order balloons. You have to spend $59 to get them delivered. The delivery person arrived 15 minutes prior to the window of time given but they were pleasant. Didn't like the experience or location. They have nothing in the store as it was beyond bare. I drove to Catonsville to get the remaining items I needed. I have no intention in visiting the Owings Mills location again.

They claimed the ballons were out of stock which is why they were "cancelled" but the balloon I ordered were sitting right there. So, We then had to purchase those same "out of stock" balloons when I still haven't received my money back from the online order. Then the balloons(foiled balloons) didn't even last one day before they delated. Just Run! don't even think about this location for your party supplies because your day will be completely ruined!!! And to top it off-- she even brought some leftover soy candles (she hates waste) for free and had them lit on the tables and around the room so it all looked stunning as the sun set. She helped with every detail and was so caring during the event, most people thought she was a relative. There were a couple of potential snafus that could have happened (not her fault at all, it was something to do with the building) and she said, "don't worry, I got this." And she did. This is essentially a a sandwich with a variety of different filling options, but instead of using bread, you use two deep fried mashed plantains or in simpler terms tostones. It's a really simple dish, but I find that simple dishes are often the hardest to execute correctly and this one hits home every time. Also their little sit down eating area is really cute and welcoming so if you're in the mood for good Latin food, but are not looking for something super spicy. This is a really great bite.
