It's not cheap, especially with multiple kids, but it works. One and done. This is our second visit after several months. Diane was fantastic the first time and helped us again. She's incredibly knowledgeable and even showed us exactly what she was finding. Vanessa is helping us for the first time, and she's been great as well, very thorough and helpful. I'm especially glad both of my kids can be treated at the same time, so we don't have to spend double the time here. Hopefully this is our last visit, but if you're dealing with this frustrating issue, I highly recommend coming in and taking care of it right away.

She had me take pictures of the crusty stuff, and told me that it didn't look like nits. She then dealt with my series of paranoid texts and calls asking if she "was sure." She even offered to have me come see her. Luckily, the stuff went away with a coconut oil scalp massage, then a deep hair cleaning and conditioning. She followed up to make sure we were in good shape before retreating for the night. What great customer service. Please use this company.
