I'm not sure what has happened, but they have become unreliable. They rescheduled my Mother's heater maintenance 4 times, including one where they said she didn't answer the door. That wasn't true because she was home waiting for them, watching the driveway and the technician did not show up. No green van in the drive, no knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell. I called one of their many phone numbers to see about it. The guy pulled up her record and said that there must be a mistake because no technician was not sent. They have rescheduled my heater maintenance twice already, but I'm canceling the appointment. I'm not willing to go through this anymore. I would love to support this local business, but it's not worth the hassle. Something bad has happened to this company. And why do they have a ton of phone numbers out there, but the local Sand Springs number is no longer accessible on-line?

These people were called out by my mother's insurance for a hot water heater. Understanding there…read morewas a 85$ cash one time fee, paid. Diagnosis a new water heater. Days go by and nothing then I noticed my mom arguing with the insurance company and the plumber plays stupid acting like he has no idea why they won't cover 400$ of the bill... I took over and find that all fees were to be covered and insurance says that they handled it and plumber will install the next morning. Plumber calls says now they want the 400$ again and another 200$. To install. I realize something smells, I didn't hire these guys and the insurance and them have a relationship I'm unaware of, I get a goofy story every time. Enter Ryan, owner I'm told. Starts giving me a story that's very shady so I asked him do I owe you anything at this point, he says no. I tell him that I have not consented to this relationship and want my hot water heater and will hire someone else. At this point he begins threatening me berating me and says he's going to turn me in to the state for a illegal water heater unless I give him 400$ The insurance tells me it's my hot water heater he says I owe him nothing but must pay him to get it..... it really feels like I saved my mother who is disabled and 80 from a fraudulent extortion attempt. Law enforcement has been called and I hope they investigate and because of his attitude, there's way more victims I believe
