Excellent service. The guy who came by was clean, friendly, mild, and honest. Defiantly felt at ease when he was in my home. The fix was minor, and my heater was working again in about 2 hours. I got a range of when the service guy would show up as 11 to 1. He cane right at 11 am. I had a one day wait from when I called to my appointment, not bad! I received a coupon after the appointment for 20% off, for my own use or to give to someone else. the coupon doesn't have an expiration. And they really do go all over, from Tulsa to Stillwater to Chandler. I highly recommend this company! read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Absolutely a terrible company. I had to have this company come out as a second opinion by the American Home Shield. I had another company come out before this guy since CV3 was trying to schedule me for Friday when it was Monday when I called, I have kids a pregnant wife and dogs. That crap isn't going to fly.. So I called into American Home shield and they approved me to use someone of my liking. Urgent Air came onsite within 2 hrs and diagnosed that the condensing unit needed to be replaced since the compressor was going out. There wasn't a reason to just replace the compressor since they come with only a 1 yr warranty. So the Urgent air guy sent American Home Shield this information. They didn't like what he said so they relied on CV3 to come out still. Magically this guy could come out the next day instead of Friday like they originally wanted to schedule me. The actual owner of the company came onsite: He stated that he can't do anything about our problem after only diagnosing the problem by standing in my kitchen 30 mins. He also complained about being busy a whole lot times while he was onsite, like we were an inconvenience for him. We installed a window unit so we could live in the house since the main unit isn't cooling the house. First thing the guy mentions is how the house is cool... Duh, we have a window unit cooling the rooms on one side of the house, plus it's 9 in the morning and it's 75 outside. The house has cooled to a point that the low cool air from the vent is moving out from it so you can feel it. Cool but not cold like it normal is. The air from the window unit was cooling the house rooms and the hallway where the thermostat is at, so I'm assuming this is where it reads the overall temp in the house. The master room, that had the window unit, we closed the door while he was there. The temp in the house overall went up 5+ degrees while the thermostat was set it at 68 degrees. This guy called American Home shield and said we built onto the house and there isn't anything wrong with the AC unit at all. Are you kidding me? A window unit is considered building onto the house? So in the end I asked for another guy to come out. Absolute Mechanical came out from Pryor OK. He diagnosed pretty much the same problem the first guy we used, the compressor was over "arcing" and the condensing unit needed to be replaced. So if your reading this and your home warranty people are using this contractor good luck.. The guy is an idiot - Ask for someone else. read more

RUN! DO NOT HIRE! SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR HOME!!! If American Homeshield forces you to use this company for your heating or air conditioning problems, save yourself (and your home) a ton of money, heartache and headache by telling them no way and contacting a reputable company. I could go on and on to tell the story of their ridiculous time frames, their despicable customer service, their deplorably unethical business practices and how they did far more harm than they did good but I will try to make it brief. AHS sent them for a simple fix to our A/C. It took forever for them to come but when they did it seemed to go ok. Control panel replaced, no extra charge to us and A/C started working. However, during the repair they disconnected the float valve. Perhaps this was an accident but I don't really believe that it was. Of course, we didn't know this until we noticed the water damage in our hallway and a bedroom. We called AHS who of course sent these clowns out again. This time they quoted over $1000 to AHS and almost $1000 that would be our responsibility. The "technician" (I use that word very loosely) refused to explain things to my husband over the phone, flat out lied about AHS policies, used terminology that was designed to confuse the issue and became hostile when asked for an explanation in laymen terms. We decided to not set ourselves up for further damage and refused their service. My husband went on to repair the issue causing he condensation flooding himself for UNDER $100! A far cry from the nearly $2,000 they quoted. Of course, we are now left with $3,000 in remediation and repair fees to fix the water damage that you know AHS isn't going to cover nor these shysters since it obviously wasn't their doing (intense sarcasm and major eye roll). They weren't going to get around to "fixing" things for over 2 weeks to top it all off.not for the got a seriously bad vibe about the whole thing. They were contracted by our home warranty company. They came out once, only partially identified the problem, complained about coming out in the rain, missed 2 appointments because of the rain, and when they finally came out with the part - didn't know how to install it. #fail read more
