On that very first visit we sensed that there was something special about this company. Still, the project was large and complex. And we knew there would be unexpected problems translating promises and proposals into performance. Nonetheless, we felt a certain confidence going forward. The project would have two parts. First, a 3-person Demo crew would tear down the original siding and do some carpentry to replace any rotted structure. Despite cold temperatures, this crew was tireless, efficient and, importantly, so personable that we looked forward to their arrival each morning. A second 3-person crew would follow to handle new siding installation and painting. Each day we watched closely as work proceeded. This crew, too, was amazing. Each was a craftsman clearly focused on precision fit and finish. Observing the work being done was one thing. But it was the workmanship and the care taken at each step that most impressed us. Now we have areas…read morethroughout the exterior of our home that didnt get proper coating and we can see the old darker paint coming through, also they used lots of caulking to fill large gaps inside the wood, the caulking didnt cure yet they painted over it. A month later , still has not dried. They over painted our bay windows, the foreman came back, scraped the excess paint off windows but also took paint off the wood leaving bare wood with no protection from rain. Front and back doors either weren't painted properly or they did a lousy job with the prep work before painting. So many small details throughout the job. This is a christian company, they need to stop advertising as such just to get business of other Christians. Ive reached out to them on fb with my complaints and they blocked me!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! ​
