Slad took the time to carefully examine the ear anatomy and explain what was happening in a way that was clear and reassuring. He was incredibly kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. He didn't rush us, answered all of our questions, and prioritized protecting the ear rather than trying to "save" a piercing that wasn't suited to the anatomy. We ended up removing the jewelry, and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. It's obvious he cares about doing things the right way and making sure people have a good, safe experience. Since my senior year of high school I swore that if my grandma's time came before mine I would get a tattoo in her honor. Her favorite scripture was Psalm 23. I found Allysen Meriwether who works at the same shop where I got my first tattoo. Scrolling through her page, I saw a tattoo she did previously that said 'Annette' and in the middle of the mall I broke down because that's my grandmother's name. That was a sign for me. I was very particular about how I wanted the font to be and she's AMAZING with different style fonts. Her booth is clutter free and she let my best friend sit in the back with me for moral support. She took her time to make sure the size and placement was perfect and it came out exactly how I envisioned it. Proverbs 31:25 was a scripture the pastor went in depth about during my grandmother's funeral service a couple days prior and that really spoke to my best friend Camille so Allysen hooked her up too! I'm so happy we were able to get this done before we parted ways. This really means the world to me and it gave me the closure I needed. I actually should've gotten the tattoo sooner for my grandmother to see it. Before we left, Dale asked us why we got our tattoos and long story short he opened up a little bit about his past and what God has brought him through. He talked to us about the book of Matthews. You can't talk to everyone about God. A lot of people are bashful about their relationship with him and just looking at Dale, I never would've thought he had a relationship with God. I'm utmost grateful for that moment. Just goes to show you don't judge a book by its cover. You don't know what the next person has been through. Thank you Allysen and Dale! I will definitely fly all the way back home just to sit in your chair for my next tattoo.

At this point I'm annoyed and just pay it so I can get out of this establishment. I definitely let the front desk know about they did try to accommodate by offering me another drink or redo the transaction. I declined the offer. Not a good experience for me I liked the salon better before this new revamp didn't have these issues then. Oh and two days later one of my nails pops off.

I had to call back again to ask if someone was going to speak with me. Got told the manager told front desk they can only do 25% refund which came out to $12.87. YOURE JOKING.
