Fortunately, I had the exceptional service today when, after taking my non-working phone to US Cellular where I purchased it and they offered no help, other than showing me new $800-$900 phones I could purchase, I ended up going to the Cell Phone Hospital in Tulsa Hills where I was greeted by a young man who was very professional and helped me right away. He worked on my phone for well over 20 minutes, found it was the charging port being packed with debris and he cleaned it all out with special cell phone tools. He tested the phone right afterward and it immediately worked. He wouldn't take payment for doing this and said he was just trying to provide the best customer service. I was blown away by this. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up!
