we went looking for office chairs. there was a sign at the front door indicating chairs and office furniture on sale up to 50% off. we were informed by staff the even though they continued to advertise the office chair sale, they would not honor the sale price. after the conversation, the sales rep ghosted us. The last time I was here, all I wanted was to buy a dang pen. I went in, was not greeted (though several employees looked at me), took me forever to find a very specific pen. After I finally found it and walked up to the counter, only to be ignored by the cashier, who turned around and helped someone else (who looked like she'd been ignored for awhile). I literally had no one say one word to me the entire time I was there. I would not buy a computer from Office Max or Office Depot due to problems with mail in rebate. I bought toshiba computer Feb. 21st. I mailed in rebate following all directions.
