Erica is so helpful! I had such a rough experience trying to get copy on time for my workplace and she went above and beyond to help me quickly and effectively.  She answered every question I had, anticipated my needs, and truly saved my day when it came to copy and print needs I had for my workplace deadlines.  She needs a raise, management.  Thank you very specifically to Erica at this store for being a truly good customer service representative when it can be so rare! read more

I visited the gunbarrel store on Sunday at approximately 11:00 am and want to compliment the great customer service I received! The gentleman at the register was very nice and when I had an issue with my toner cartridge, the manager went out of her way to help me get a replacement. i was delighted so appreciative. Glad I've done business for years with Office Depot and will continue to make all my purchases from Office Depot in the future! Thanks! read more

Ok, I know that it might be unusual to post a review about an Office Supply store however I am going to anyway! I When I googled for an Office Depot, this location came up. However the couple reviews on google were bad! I needed just a couple items so was not going to let that detour me. While looking for random items on my list, a young sales guy asked if he could help. Told him what I was looking for and he proceeded to take me where he thought the item should be located. No luck. So he enlisted the help of another sales person and she took us to where she thought maybe the item would be. Meanwhile the young guy was apologizing about not being able to find the item. Anyway, after looking in a few different areas both felt bad that they didn't have what I was looking for. Apparently it is a seasonal item in their store. One said to check Amazon, the other said maybe the $ store. No biggie, not a life or death item. When I gathered the rest of my supplies and proceeded to the checkout, the young guy was at the register. Once again he apologized for not having the one item I was looking for. I assured him I was not going to loose sleep over it:) I am a realtor, so gave him my card for the discount which he applied. Then he also tried to apply the store coupon. It wouldn't take as I already was given a discount, and again he was apologetic. Told him not to worry, that the RE discount was very fair. While existing the store the sales girl that had helped earlier approached me yet again with another possible option for me to find the item I was looking for. Talk about helpful! Anyway, this goes to show that there still are young professionals that give great customer care!! read more

Moved to TN from MS, within a few days of arriving, ordered envelopes for my business. What a nightmare THAT was. About a year later, attempted to order MORE envelopes. They had NO CLUE what they did LAST time, none. At MY place of business, I have records going back DECADES. Office Depot (and the REST of corporate America) could LEARN from me, it's called "common sense." read more

I walked into Office Depot to the print department to inquire about having some holiday canvas's made for multiple family members. There were 3 employees behind the desk, one was with a customer. I stood there for 5 minutes.. no greeting or any acknowledgement from any employees. Poor customer service. read more
