Absolutely worst customer service. I had an online pickup order, walked in, was "helped" by Jayden. He looked bothered when I asked where I should go to pick up the order. He pointed to an area by the wall and said they moved it. I said okay. As I proceeded to the pickup area, I could not find my order. I walked back to Jayden and told him I was sorry and I couldn't find it. He sighed and said "Well is it even ready?" He then told me he was the only worker in the front and asked for help on his mic and had me walk to the center of the store to get help from another worker. As this new worker, lee is helping me and can't find the order, he calls back Jayden and Jayden says "Well the card probably declined, that's what happened, you'll have to go through customer service" and walked away.... 10 minutes later of waiting THEY FOUND MY ORDER. So looks like the card DIDN'T decline and it was failure on THEIR end. I did not appreciate the assumption of a declined card nor did I like feeling like I was a bother. I came to pick up this order for my mother who has a broken leg and did not appreciate the level of disrespect. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. This store is absolutely disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere, layers of dust on items and shelves, and the floors are covered in dirt and scraps like they never sweep or mop. My print order was sent over from the other location and upon pickup my prints were completely off center from what I ordered online. They tried to blame it on me, but after showing them that it was the way they were cut, they were so rude and barely said two words to me. As someone who orders prints often, this was so ridiculous. Clearly they don't check or fix orders like they should. So much paper wasted on carelessness. If I owned this store, i'd be so upset by the careless waste of paper AND products I witnessed from not just my order, but others as well. Not to mention they charged me twice after complicating things by forcing me to "pay again and then i'll get the refund". Never again will I get ANYTHING here. You'd have to pay me to even step foot in this location. read more

Do not go here to print with pictures on the document. It is extremely over priced and the employee didn't even warn me of how ridiculous overpriced it was going to be. I did not want to spend $20 on printing something. Don't print with pictures, there price is a scam. read more

Absolutely terrible service at the printing section. Only one lady was working behind the counter, and nobody came to assist her, meanwhile there is a line and a wait of up to 40 minutes just to get helped. Once help did arrive, the employees just took their time and did not prioritize customers in the line that they arrived in. I wouldn't come here if there were other locations nearby my home. read more

I always go to this store because it's close by where I live. The service is ok, but I've noticed some of the coustomers were really loud and plain up rude. Most are in a hurry and can't patiently wait. This one lady was in front and she had so many things she wanted to have done, that it took a while. Then she took forever to look through her purse and when she decided she had left her wallet/money in the car, so she said I'll be back. Well by the time she came back, the sales lady had already stared helping another coustomer , and she said," Can you please hurry up, I have a client waiting". Then another guy was talking very loudly on the phone to a women, and every other word was a curse word and he was very crude! Now this is the counter where you fax or e-mail documents, not the main check out counter. I usually just need this service. read more
