I decided to buy a swim mask for our granddaughter- seemed to be a really nice mask with fabric closure -good for girl's hair. Mask was more than gift card so I put the difference on debit card. Our granddaughter Was excited about her mask until she tried it in our pool and it immediately leaked- not good and no way to exchange since we live in Dallas. I called the store and spoke to Carrie and she said not to return the defective mask but she would refund money for it - a few days later I received money that I put on my debit card but not the gift card money.
