This is the best place for office supplies if you need to pick up something quick in the Duluth area. The store is in generally good condition, but you can definitely tell that it hasn't received a refresh for many years as certain shelving, flooring and signage looks tired. Also, the restrooms are generally on the dirty side. There is a good selection of general office supplies, but many times when I have searched for something online through OfficeDepot.com I have found that the local store location does not have the items available. This has forced me to have the products delivered to my office rather than making a stop at the local store, which is what I prefer as supporting local business is important. Many times in this location I have been greeted almost immediately by a staff member asking if I need help finding anything and have been stopped in the back by other associates seeking to help. The Rewards program is a nice product and allows for a cash discount on purchases by being a loyal customer of Office Depot and also for recycling used printer toner cartridges at the store location. All in all, you get what you can expect at this location, but nothing too fancy. Some refreshing would definitely help make this a more attractive location. July 22, 2020 UPDATE: I used the Curbside Pickup option after making a purchase online at OfficeDepot.com and it worked great! When I arrived at the store, I parked and clicked the "I'm Curbside" button in my email and within just a couple minutes an Associate was on the curb in front of the store with my order! He verified my name and asked where I would like the order placed. It worked great! I hope curbside remains an option even after COVID-19 is long passed! read more

Ordered two boxes of envelopes and a book of postage stamps, and never received the postage stamps with my order. Emailed & called Office Depot several times and they said they would look into it. The last email I sent was never answered. I will not shop here again! They have lost a customer over $13.60. read more

Literally the worse experience I have EVER had with a business. We ordered prints and drove an entire hour to reach the store. Once there, we asked for the prints that we ordered and already paid for. Both women working acted as if we were stupid, saying that "we didn't get any online orders today". We showed them proof with the receipt, got the runaround. Again, they acted as if we were stupid. We agreed to come back later to see if the prints had been done. Again, nothing. Again, more attitude from the workers. We had given them the number of our order and the "manager" had to fish it from the garbage. THEY DID NOT TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, THEY OFFERED NO EXPLANATION, THEY JUST CONTINUED TO GIVE MUMBLED, AGGRAVATING EXCUSES AND I WAS READY TO SNAP. We needed those prints for an event and because of these idiots we were unable to complete what was needed. NEVER going back. They didn't even apologize or try to make the situation better; I have never in my life seen such appalling service. Thanks for nothing. read more
