When I tried to return them, the Staples sales guy - a shift manager by the name of Rob, I believe - was very rude, saying I just didn't know how to work the earbuds. But after he tried it himself and realized I was right, all he was willing to do - without apologizing, of course - was to replace the defective earbuds with another set of the same model, which were defective in the exact same way. As much as I like being gaslighted by Staples employees, I don't think I'll be returning to that store.

Mine took 3 hours, and my head was spinning after 1. Also get your own people to inspect the work- don't just count on the city. It's more important it be done right the first time. Once the paint is on, pretty hard to tell if the vapour barrier was done correctly. With this company it makes a big difference who you are working with. I suggest if the communication is off to ask for another agent. I wish I had. They did get the builder to fix a few things, and they weren't terrible, but they rely on building codes-not whether the house works the way it is supposed to. And some of those building codes are woefully inadequate.

Progressive Home Warranty is not a good company to register with for new Home Warranty program…read more They keep collecting the premium fees for warranty coverage and provide no support to Home Builders. They don't even follow their performance guide for the determination of warrantable items or complete the site visit. Their staff is arrogant and does not work well with their clients/home builders. Talking with other Home Warranty providers they will never make the determination purely based on pictures and not visiting the site. You can sometimes get misleading information from from pictures and prevent Progressive Home warranty from supporting fair and equitable resolution of claims. I will never recommend this company for the warranty program registrations. Builders Beware!!
