I went in to get copies of my parents QR codes laminated and cropped. (My folks don't have smart phones.) The one copy of the QR could not be read, so she helped me email a new copy to the store link. She had it copied and laminated in no time. It's about $3.00 each. I can usually find all the stuff I need in stock. The staff is pretty competent. I like the location. read more

BEWARE. Printer broke after 3 months ( still in trial ink) . Returned it with my extended plan, got an exchange and was told unless i bought another plan, i was not covered beyond today.So if this replacement printer doesnt function ive got no recourse Very rude follow up service from the guy who sold me the printer , and even worse treatment from the "manager". After calling head office found out the store completely lied to me and messed with my warranty . The rude guy who claimed to be a manager was actually a sales clerk (Micheal). Calling head office is a bigger waste of time because in the end i would have to go back to that store to get it all corrected . Extended Plan Here Is A Joke. Oh, I don't want to be another disgruntled customer of Staples. Let me start by saying that I don't mind shopping at a place like Staples. I need supplies about once a year, maybe twice, and make it a point to visit them. My main complaint is that it's impossible to find someone to help you. Also, I'm a bit picky about pens and it's kind of sucky that they don't (or no longer do) have tester pens and pads hanging to test a pen. How could I possibly buy a pack of 12 pens if I don't know how it's going to write? There are lots of good things available at the Staples store. I will continue to come here because it's close to where I live but hope they pull their socks up! read more

These guys are my favorite Staples outlet. Their Tech team is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. That's the outlet on Gateway. I'd give them 5 stars but, I find they hire some less than knowledgeable courtesy staff. Those individuals couldn't tell you were anything is in the store, and they don't bother to aid by asking another team member. The other complaint I have is they're usually low in stock. As far as over all experience, I'd recommend this store for those who want fair priced products, professional tech services, and plenty of good office supplies. read more

Staples, you are totally deceptive in an awesome kind of way. You don't sell staples at all! Well, you do, but you sell so much more than that. As a recent convert to the "working-from-home" movement (which I highly recommend), Staples really does fulfill all of my business needs, and they really do make it "easy," as their commercial goes. From big office furniture to little things like pens and pencils, and even moving boxes and phones, they carry pretty much anything you need here. Even signs for "Open" and "Closed" and "Back in..." I don't find too many staff members when I go in here, so sometimes it takes me longer than I need to find something. It is a really big store, after all. But cashiers are always friendly and double check I found everything I needed, so it's all cool. read more

I go here often to pick up supplies for work and This location is by far the best. They always greet you and say goodbye (and not in the fake "my boss makes me do it" kind of way). When you get help they stick with you and really assist which is why I don't mind waiting for them to finish with someone else (sometimes you have to wait a bit). The one girl who's typically at the counter always makes quick conversation which is quite difficult to accomplish in short time frame. She's super nice and I appreciate that she's always so pleasant. Good job! read more

Pretty late in the evening, I had to go to Staples in order to get a few hundred pages printed, in addition to a couple other things. Unfortunately, due to time constraints I arrived right before closing. Nevertheless, an exceptional employee named Claire helped me to the very last minute. With her help, (and I certainly needed it) I was able to get a substantial order in for pick up on the next day. I always believe that a business is only good as its employees, and Claire reflects very well upon Staples. My employer and I have regular printing needs in the magnitude of this order (a few hundred dollars). Because of Claire's service, I will certainly encourage my employer to use this Staple's services, and I will use their services as well. read more

I want to commend Staples. The staff are great. I keep going back to Lawson, in office equipment. He is honest and so knowledgeable that I seek him out. He is the best tech. I have encountered in such a position, and there are so many good ones to compare with. Staples return policies are very good, the store layout makes sense. I had a family heirloom painting, painted by my Aunt, scanned at Staples on Gateway Blvd in Edmonton. Took the digital file to a printer that specializes in museum quality prints and they commented on the high quality of the scan. read more
