You need to sit in a chair to be able to tell if it's right for you. Well, Transfer Enterprises is not like that at all. This is a well lit location, great variety and the show room manager Asia is fantastic. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't mind all my questions. I found my perfect chair at a fair price. It was loaded into my car and the wheels never touched the ground. You could tell they really cared about my purchase. Don't waste time searching, just come here and ask for Asia. She will help you find your office furniture too.

Needed a desk for my office and in my mind I knew what I wanted but really didn't. Friend recommended this place so while on vacation I popped in for a look. The store associates were very helpful in directing me to what I ultimately purchased which was one of those stand up / sit down desks. Ken was my helper and I am sure he too would say I was very easy to work with. My only criticism comes on the delivery side of the business. I'm not fitting this large desk in my car so I chose to pay the $50 to have it delivered. The delivery took place a few days later and unfortunately it was the day where we had this lovely early spring blessing of snow. I would have liked to have seen the desk wrapped in a blanket for protection from not only the weather but the hand truck and large rocks on my walk path as well. Desk was placed down in the wet, snow covered grass to be plugged in to lower the table size as it was extended when brought over. I was aware enough once brought into the house to clean the bottoms off before placed on the hardwood floors. The two gentlemen were not the brightest bulbs in the box but I did thank them for the delivery and gave them some water. Overall happy with my purchase and long overdue. I would recommend coming here before going to your big box stores like a staples.

As soon as the notary realized his father didn't speak English, her attitude changed completely. She became incredibly rude, pushed our paperwork back across the counter, said she wasn't going to deal with it, and refused to help them. If there was a legal reason she couldn't notarize the document, I completely understand--that isn't my issue. My issue is how they were treated. There is a professional and respectful way to explain a legal requirement, and this was not it. The dismissive and hostile way she spoke to them was shocking and deeply upsetting. I've never witnessed someone treat people so differently because of a language barrier. Whether it was prejudice or simply unacceptable customer service, the experience was completely unprofessional.
