The staff are very friendly and super helpful during my visit. I was pleasantly greeted when I entered and staff quickly asked if I needed help looking for something; being my first time, I was delighted to hear the offer for assistance. Along with tools and accessories, they also have the options for purchasing paint and accessories. There was also items outside of the store as you walk-in to purchase, such as outdoor items. Parking was easy in the front or on the side of the building. It is easy to locate since it is next to the local fire safety complex. Stop by and support your local hardware store.

Sat 10/19/2024 I pulled into IBS (Interstate Building Supply) with my 2 young grandsons to meet a…read morebus carrying high school students for a parade (to drop something off to my daughter). I pulled my car to the end of the building and waited. I was approached by a man who told me very angrily to "Move your car immediately" saying I was blocking 2 spaces (There are no lines designating spaces in the parking lot and I was at the end of the building). He stated he was the owner of the business and if I didn't move my car he threatened to get a fork truck and move it for me (again with my 2 young grandsons inside). He proceeded to tell me he "didn't give a shit" why I was at his business when I explained I was just dropping something off. He called me a "dumb bitch" in front of the children and again demanded I move my car immediately or he would move it for me. I was approached by this man very aggressively twice. My grandsons were very scared about the incident and many folks in the parking lot heard the man yelling at me at my car. It was a terrifying incident by the owner of the business and my grandsons are traumatized by the man asking me what would have happened if he got physically aggressive. This owner cursed, was aggressive and threatened me directly with 2 small children present. I will never shop there again or even approach this business! Terrifying!
