I recently purchased a sign from the Florence SC location and I wanted to let you know about the…read moredishonest way this franchise does business First in September I requested a sign quote for a complete sign told the girl I needed everything she sent me a quote and told me for them to get started I had to pay a nonrefundable deposit of half which I did then for the next 2 weeks I hear nothing from them so I called them and was then told the quote was for only a sign not posts so she sent me another quote and then changed the quote again after that they changed the original quote of around 1000.00 to right at 3000.00 so because I could not get my deposit back and because I desperately needed my sign I paid it in full was told it would take a week to 10 days. Then December rolls around after not hearing a word from them I call them and was told they had to get rid of some employees and it would be 2 more weeks. I finally get my sign they come and install it and the next day the sign is already falling down they did not even put any concrete in the ground to hold it. I called them and complained about this and the way the sign looked ( which is awful) and they told me they would send someone out that day to fix it. Well that day came and went no called and no one came. So the next day I called again and after I had gotten rather rude with them on the phone and threatened to call BBB they sent someone out to fix it. The guy came in to talk with me after fixing it and I explained the problem I had with the sign and why I was not happy with the way it looked he said he would get with his people and see if they can do something to fix it and would call me in a few days. Well it is now the middle of January and still no call and no one has fixed my sign. This is awful customer service and I make it a point to tell as many people as I can of the awful service I received from this company and I intend to proceed with the BBB and possibly file suit in small claims court. It should be zero stars but do not have that option

I didn't find that but did did discover some name brand products with lowest prices in town. This store reminds me of Rose's but maybe the quality of certain items is better. The slogan at Ollie's is Good stuff Cheap, and I have to agree w that. The pics listed are few items found of value, there was also name brand dish soap, detergent, vitamins, high thread count towels, and a flower stand had been looking for. In addition there is fair amount of toys, books, vinyl flooring, clothing, car cleaner miscellaneous. There is a lot of value in this store if you don't mind browsing for the deals.

Someone didn't count his shirts properly and needed one laundered. Nan's to the rescue. I was…read morepleased to see that they had a same-day offer in the window. Since it was before 9am (technically, it was 6pm), my shirt would be ready the next day. So I gave them a shirt and my phone number. The next day, I returned at 5:15 PM and my shirt was ready. As is the usual custom with shirt laundering, it was on a hangar and wrapped in plastic. Perfect. No stains, no marks and no wrinkles. Excellent. And my four star review would have ended there, but the next day I got a voice mail from Nan's. They were following up to make sure that my order was perfect and thanking me for being a customer. Although it was was super busy, the store was organized and fully stocked. The associates were nice and helpful. The lines weren't as long as I expected so we were in and out fairly quickly.
