Come here because it is close to my house for office supplies, school supplies, random t hi j gs and even have purchased candy here. I've also faxed stuff made a trillion copies and have had banners and posters made. Staff is always friendly esp when I had to buy a new printer they were patient with me when I asked a trillion questions and when I was very ignorant about the knowledge of buying a new laptop they didn't discourage me or talk down to me etc. made me feel more comfortable. I bought a desk chair here and it was the best one I've ever had. We come every few months. I like the selection of printer paper and stationary they have. They aren't that Ugh more pricey than a big box store and I love the smell of fresh paper products. Lol. They have so many more items than you'd think. It's just fun to persuade the isles and see what else you can purchase but don't need!! Haha. Located in a shopping strip off Lima road has a shared parking lot with many other stores but there's always plenty of good parking and the parking lot is in great condition. They have curbside pick up if you I order online too. Def recommend. read more

A while back I needed some basic office supplies to have at home... pens, paper, rubber bands, etc. I occasionally had the opportunity to work from home and actually as I bought supplies right before covid hit I eventually began working from home everyday. I was in the middle of a shopping trip in Fort Wayne and drove by this Office Depot. I decided to just buy my supplies here. I was helped by a friendly store employee to find my stuff and I was quickly out the door in about 15 minutes. read more

I went to this location specifically for its weekly deal on dish detergent. I'm an ardent believer in savings, couponing, and frugal living. The store is located in the Walmart plaza. It's easy to access and has plenty of parking. The store is clearly marked with appropriate signage. I walked in all the weekly deals were ok immediate display. I grabbed my items and made my purchase. I didn't encounter any employee, with the exception of my salesperson. She was friendly and efficient. I like this store and the ease of which I found my items. read more

The absolute worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time. Wanted to return some Office Depot brand items, which per their return policy states are able to be returned "at any time, for any reason." The items I wanted to return were new, unused and in their original packaging. I attempted to utilize this policy and was met with quite the resistance despite having my original receipt in hand. I left incredibly frustrated. The "supervisor in training" didn't even know or understand the policy. And the manager, Wendy, was just downright rude. I will never spend a single $ at Office Depot again. read more

I walked into the Lima Rd store and within five minutes had the product tag and was at the register to check out. Needed two items, they only had one. Associates were nice, but did not know how to ring me up. Took them over thirty minutes to ring me up... Taking one with me and they were shipping the second. This was 12/31/19. Was told I would have second cabinet on 1/3/20. Two day shipping... expect three due to holiday. On 1/3, I get an email that I will be getting a shipping confirmation and should expect delivery 1/7/20. No delivery. Logged into my account and it now says 1/14/20. Decided to 'chat' to see why. Agent did nothing to make me feel like a valued customer. You will receive your item 'uninterrupted' on 1/14/20. Asked for contact info to reach out to management and was told they would escalate my complaint, but no contact info. This is the last straw! The email from GM Wendy on service in the store was disingenuous and filled with excuses. So much for trying to give my business to Brick & Mortar stores to help with local jobs. read more
