And the lady kept saying oh your card is not working it must be your card and I said oh it must be your machine bc I had just used some money on it my mom did about a week ago and they lady was being petty and my husband had walked out to get cash and when he came back in the lady was talking very very bad about my family and she was like sorry and my husband had walked out and didn't buy nothing she was saying stuff to this girl name Hailey I didn't see the other girl name who was saying stuff. But I am very very disappointed for a grown woman to be saying stuff like that about my family and being sarcastic about the card not working and being petty and started talking to her friends or whatever they are. Like you are grown you need to grow up and make good actions I will be calling the store.

As another reviewer stated, this store doesn't handle returns for online purchases. I bought four…read morephoto frames online; two I didn't like once I saw them live. The third one, although pricey, had two instances of gaps in the corners where the front frame sides meet. Despite this obvious imperfection, they included it in my online order. I went to the store to do the online return. I had the electronic receipt for payment I made when doing the online order. The girl at the front desk could not get anything to come up in their system when scanning the sticker they put on the bag my order was filled. I showed her the online receipt with the bar code and order number. She couldn't get that to work either. Then she says "since you don't have a receipt, I can give you a store credit". I told her no. I showed her the Michael's receipt on my phone. I don't come here often and I'm not going to go to Michael's and buy things I don't want just to use up a $50 store credit. Then she said she'd get the manager since "sometimes she knows how to do these things. We have problems with online orders sometimes". The manager was able to get the refund back on my credit card. This turned out to be a 15 minute negative experience. If this store has known issues for processing refunds for online orders, pick up the phone and talk to corporate about their systems so they can fix it! To sum it up, there was little regard for the customer experience with his the store handled this.

However, their lender TD Bank accidentally charged my account $125 interest which was stressful. Although the fee was eventually reversed so turned out all good. Only other issue I'm still not sure about was being charged a $99 removal fee during the "trade in sale" so feel over charged.

I went to this Ace because I was hoping there would be someone who could help. Two gentleman helped me locate the correct bolt and knob. They have an entire shelf dedicated to bolts and nuts. They have a great array of products and stand behind what they sell. Referring to the pictures for this JC Licht store, only the last one that shows the storefront has anything to do with this store. All the other pictures are for marketing, and none of them are found in the store. But that said, this is a good store for paint and painting supplies. I look for great things from this outlet. I had need to get some Old Masters wiping stain and found what I wanted here. The customer service here was over the top. Even though I purchased just a small can of stain, they went to the trouble of spinning it so it was well blended...something that is not always offered at competitors. I will be back.

The sticker shock scared me from buying two. So naturally I ran out and my poor wife ran back with the kids and dog. Ryan happily processed our payment over the phone and met my wife curbside. The product was amazing and worth the change. We only have 8.5 foot ceilings and I would say 90% of the paint literally dried to dust before hitting our basement floor. Worth it!
