Service can be sketchy here at this Orland Park location it's a small location. I was asking about a particular style of a hanging file folder and I was met with blank stairs when they walked over to the folder section said nope we don't have them. (Insert big eye roll) So I proceed to walk a few miles over to where I saw the date planners everything else and voila look what was there the hanging file folders lol. It's okay in a pinch they stay open this one only till about 7:00 p.m. no longer 8:00 or 9:00. I don't really honestly know how much longer this location will be open it was like a ghost town when I came in. Pretty much anymore unless you want super geeky kind of office stuff you can find what you need at a cheaper price at Walmart or Target. Got to be honest and practical. but I'm leaving this at 3 stars because it does offer pretty much what they say as far as office and supplies etc but nothing stood out and well for the most part I guess you can say nothing really stood back so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt it really would be two and a half Stars

He guaranteed that I would not even notice where it was cracked. We live out of state so my parents went to pick up the typewriter and ship it back to us. He charged my mom almost $120! When I received the typewriter the piece he cracked and repaired looks terrible. He not only cracked it, but did a botch job on trying to glue it back together. There is glue all over and he used some strange silver foil on the blue metal like a bandaid. It looks terrible. I'm very disappointed in the poor work that they did.

They were contracted to move 7 items for me. One of the items was a TV which I ordered a $20 shipping box for. There was an issue with the base and we could not use the box. I asked if there was anything we could do and the worker stated "Don't worry. I got you." then proceeded to go to the truck and bring back blankets and material to wrap the TV. I did not think anything of it as I assume they know what they should be doing and what is ok. After the move and the workers left, I found scratches on the TV when I went to place it. This is no minor scratch. It is a series of scratches in a 8x6 area. I believe there was a hard piece on the blanket which rubbed up and down during the drive to the new home. I looked up how to file a claim and sent it in the following day. The Director of Quality Assurance, Brittny Love, was my contact who I provided the information to including pictures and receipt. After all was said and done, I was informed it would be 1-5 weeks before hearing anything, which in a digital age I thought was an unusually long period. After 3 weeks, I was informed by Brittny that I would be denied any compensation because 1: I signed the Release of Liability form and 2: The worker stated, falsely, that he informed me damage could happen to the TV by him wrapping it as he did. If the worker had informed me of the risk, I would not have allowed him to do what he did as the TV cost more then the entire move, which at $220 per hour I would expect to be better. The worker was quite quick to inform me shortly after introductions that they do accept tips, though. I'm assuming a person finding damage after a move is not a unique situation at all. If someone moves an entire home, does the company employees remain there for multiple days while the owners unpack and check everything? I'm guessing not. So, I've come to believe that if you must use this company, DO NOT sign any forms at the end and send the associates away informing them that their services are done and will no longer will be paid for, and that you will not sign anything until EVERY item is thoroughly inspected. Be certain to record the entire exchange. Otherwise this company will use any tactic to avoid accountability. Sorely disappointed that I ever chose to use this company.
