I have been buying my office supplies from Office Depot for over 20 years. The store in Houma Louisiana closed and now my orders are delivered from other stores. Service has through the years been good up until recently. Delivery has become unreliable. We received an incorrect item that we cannot seem to get a return for. The customer service phone number hangs up when you mention returns and the online service is totally useless. I hate to see what appears to be the downward trajectory for a once dependable company. Although, I will be taking my business elsewhere, I hope that they can turn things around and survive in this increasingly competitive world. read more

This is the only office supply place in town of any kind of magnitude. I specifically come here for one item that I use in conjunction with my art. I occasionally pick up extra items, but it's rare. They do have all the necessary office suuplies and equipment and a print shop. The staff seems pleasant and I think that the prices are fair.....if I had more to say I would...trust me. read more

It's clearly sucks at Office Depot if your receipt is misplaced. I had a pack of binder clips that I needed to exchange because they were the wrong size. They could see that I am a corporate client, that I am off register rewards customer, they can even email my receipt to me. Because I have a multitude of mail accounts, it got misplaced. Never mind that it is clearly labeled in Office Depot packaging, or that I simply need an EXCHANGE. Computers are simple minded machines that cannot see any external circumstances. When you have a human manager that is aware of the overall situation, and still chooses to ACT as a robot, that is where I have concern. As should the rest of society. These $6 binder clips ONLY ring up as $1. No, I have never seen them on sale, they weren't part of a Christmas special, other stores don't sell them for a dollar, so what is the big deal? It can be very agitating when you have to deal with such pettiness in the store where you can sneeze and spend $300. I even hinted to the manager. "I am a corporate client. I don't make a living by purchasing binder clips at one store and returning them at another store in order to try and hustle Office Depot out of $5". (at a time). She said "I didn't say that, did I?"
