I offered to pay for the gift wrapping, and they still would not wrap it. It should be said when ordering online there is an option to have the items wrapped. It should also be noted the entire store is having a 20% off sale at the moment. Does that mean they won't wrap anything you buy? I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store in the past. I bought my big green egg here that was over $1500 and also bought hundreds of dollars in accessories for my egg as well. This may seem trivial, but nobody cares about customer service anymore. We're both lifelong bookworms so this place is a must for both of us. I miss this place, there is no place in SW Florida like it. I miss the wonder of "what will I find when I walk in the bookstore?" this place has that "aura" to it. The bookstores here in SW Florida don't have that.
